With the techniques of computer and information researching,exploring and practising for many years in our country,we have already obtained abundant applied experience, and some enterprises have obtained the obviously economic benefit.the fact has proved that the management thought of science that the information technique carry through,the advanced means it is used and the development technique of product are very important for raising the whole diathesis of the enterprise and enhancing the ability of processing market emergency.On such a background, the YPC company XTC factory organized a batch of engineers at the end of 2001 and started to consider building up a set of integrated information management system,the system would be consist of production management, material supplies, equipments management and office automation,that is the integral system of management and control.By investigating and researching in sale management, production management, workshop manufacturing, current technical condition, requirement and development project etc for the factory,and on the foundation finding out the current level of computer application and analysing the main problem in the factory, we presented a total project of three stages engineering items and implementing gradually, namely:The first stage would implement the interconnection of LAN in the 10 km2 area within the factory during February 2002 to August 2002;The second stage would implement the build of the network center and the connection of the DCS with the realtime database during February 2003 to August 2003;The third stage was from January 2004 to June 2005, implementing the overall integration of the information system, completing the construction of enterprise portal website, namely YPC_XTC integrated information system.This article focuses on the third stage engineering,mainly researches and analyses four key functions of the system:WorkFlow System The automatic flow of document is one of the essential core functions of system and is also a difficult place of the system realization. Carrying out the document automatic flow is the concrete application of work flow model in the system, the system in the article carryed out: the flows of document of the XTC factory office, the flows of document of the XTC factory party office, the document distributing system of the XTC factory office, the document distributing system of the XTC factory party office, the document delivering system between units inside the XTC factory and the receive system of file from YPC company etc.Database Connection using the object of DataSource built up the connection to the database server in the system of this article, this kind of connection is a three layers application model having the good flexibility.Deployment of Data Center We also used Leightweight Directory Access Protocal( LDAP) to implement the enterprise data service and used the LDAP name object to implement the data access, it has a very important meaning to use the LDAP data service for enhancing the flexility of enterprise data center deployment.Safe Based on XML Messages we studied the safe problem of the system in theend of this article, because the document flow in the system of this article is based on the XML data format, so we designed and implemented the model encrypting,signing and verifing based on XML message in the system of this article.with the system running in the YPC company XTC factory, it must raise the management level and benifit for the factory and also must promote the information development of the factory.
