ERP Solution Of Small-Scale Manufacturing Company

ERP is powerful tool to realize the modernization of enterprises and the scientific process of management. This thesis summarizes the development, problems and management thought of enterprise resources planning, sets forth it importance and makes it clear that the research of Enterprise Resource Planning is an important subject for our country's companies.This thesis introduced Client-Server architecture, Middleware, Component and analyzed the total frame ERP-System. Based on the implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning of a small-scale manufacturing company, this thesis makes elaboration from two aspects of software development and enterprises' management. Through the analysis of enterprises' management mode and ERP's management mode and business mode, the idea of BPR is introduced in detail, and old business processes is redesigned.The emphasis is placed on the storehouse management sub-system that includes the arrangement of data relation, the display of E-R diagram and the design of every concrete function. In addition, questions in the ERP-System is explained and solved in summing-up.
