Cellular Automata is a kind of dynamic model whose time, space and state are discrete and a method of studying nonlinear science. Cellular Automata is especially adapted to dynamic modeling studying of time and space evolution progress of complex system. Cellular Automata provides us with a virtual microcosmic world .it can reproduce physical phenomenon that fit common law in some scales. Designing the right model of Cellular automata means we have distinguished the basic condition of complex phenomenon which has been simplified the easily controlled forms. Simplifying into certain simple mechanisms the complex behavior and the process is any scientific research basic step. Therefore Cellular Automata model in the basic research and the teaching application is a powerful tool.In physics, the physical parameter evolution along with the time is often controlled by the non-linear partial differential equation. As a result of its non-linearity, solutions to these dynamic systems are very possibly complex, especially these equations solutions are possibly sensitive to the initial condition in particular, and thus it draws out the so-called chaos behavior. The similar complex situation possibly occurs in the separate dynamic system, based on Cellular Automata model for the research dynamic system behavior provided another optional method to be possible. As a result of Cellular Automata model simplicity, it is latently more advantageous for the analysis comparing to the continual dynamic system Because number value analysis have no approximate problem, it can receive accurate result..Task of this subject is that we can use Cellular Automata modeling diffusion of two different matters and Carrie on abstract and the simplification to the process and discover the evolved rule of this complex system and establish sample of evolution law of diffusion system according to grain of fraction conservation and that we can take CA simulating Spread and interference of the wave. Abstracting the medium as the massive particles combination, regarding each particles as one cell, dissemination of the vibration form or the energy transforms as neighboring cell evolution According to rule.
