| With the prevalence and further development of computer and network technology, every industry and every domain is doing information constructions in China. But at present, in the domain of domestic industrial and mining enterprises, some enterprises such as coal industry still use the production equipments which were made in 1960s to 1970s or even in 1950s, the operation of equipment is completed by operators manually on the whole, and only basic monitor items such as gas, wind speed, etc is carried out, application system is dispersive and isolated, basic information is incomplete, the capability of data sharing is poor, and safety precautions are weak, what is more, it is difficult for the ground dispatching control center to grasp the production conditions, and it is also difficult for enterprises to make decisions on integral information management. Because of these defects, mine accidents happen frequently, life safety of the staff in the mine is seriously threatened, and development of coal industry is restricted. With the new situation of the enlargement of enterprise production and the boost of safety requirement, it stands in need of equipping new-generation, safe, high-efficient, quick and convenient security monitor management system of coal production so as to meet the development demands of coal production.Under these development trends, on the basis of analyzing the actual requirements of "Belt Conveyers System" which is one part of "Security Monitoring Control Management System on Coal Production", and on the basis of researching LonWorks kernel technology, this dissertation develops distributing intelligent monitor network which is based on nerve cell chip. Combining with the spot conditions of the technological transformation project of belt conveyer monitored control system in one steel coking factory, it introduces the process of developing and designing belt conveyer monitored control system which is based on LonWorks field bus. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the problem and the research situation of belt conveyer monitored control system at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the advantages of the application of field bus technology and the application of LON field bus on belt conveyers monitored control system. The third chapter introduces main structures, requirement analysis of monitored control, inverse-time over-current motor protections and hardware & software designs of belt conveyers monitored control system. On the basis of the detail introduction of PCAuto, the fourth chapter introduces how to implement the design of computer monitored control system. Finally, it summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospects of the work in the future. |
