| "Non-Destructive Testing is the important embranchment of info technology . In our Country .After 40 years' development, NDT now has extended to many fields, such as industry, traffic, national defence and trade etc. The status of developing is directly connected with the enterprises' benefit, security and environment . The system of NDT transmits multi-signal in our Country . The coupling mostly uses copper ring . Because the touch isn' t very good ,there are some disturb and noise . To solve the problem , in the paper we research the Wireless System to Transmit Multi-channel Signals . Information is transmitted by wireless . The system can be used in some system , such as disfigurement detecting system and detecting thickness system . Some problems are avoided . Especially when testing the wire-transmission on the spot is limited , the advantage of wireless is more obvious .This article, taking the detecting steel pipe system with high speed as example, analyed the advantages and disadvantages . Aiming at solving the problem , we design the Wireless System to Transmit Multi-channel Signals . The system includes the wireless department and the signal manage department . In the wireless department , it uses Bluetooth chip of ROK101/007 . We design the software flow chart for the Bluetooth chip . Through analyzing the disfigurement signal , the mode of serial port is used . The main program are compiled . The department of Bluetooth is accomplished . In the signal manage department , TMS320VC5402 is used . The reducing noise and marking multi-signal are accomplished .The sensors and conversion of A/D are introduced in the paper . In the end , we research the Principle Components Analysis (PCA) . The measure can reduce the data and stress of transmitting .The result of experiment shows it is feasible to use the Bluetooth in the wireless system . In the detecting steel pipe system with high speed , it can reduce some disturbings more effectively . The system can be used in other detecting system , such as detecting thickness system . Along with the development of wireless technology , the reseach area will be larger . We can consider using ultra wideband (UWB) in the the Wireless System to Transmit Multi-channel Signals . |
