Along with the rapid development of computer science, large-scale integrated circuit technique and communication technique, the region of instrument technique takes place enormously, and virtual measurement technique has developed in the region. The appearance of related software makes virtual instruments to replace traditional instruments gradually and to become a kind of main trend in instrumental region.In the paper, the writer systems analysis the case of virtual instrument in practice, summarize the case of virtual measurement technique used in area of teaching and communication and military and so on, sketch the foreground of virtual measurement technique.The hardware and software of virtual instrument has been explained detailedly in the paper and a series of virtual instrument has been designed successfully based on PCI-6070E DAQ board and LabVIEW 7 Express software. Comparing the data what measured by virtual instrument and traditional instrument and analysising the capability of virtual instrument draw the conclusion that virtual instrument can be used well in navy range.Virtual instrument technique's application and research in navy range include remote data acquisition and control, measure online and diagnose remotely, virtual education laboratories, and so on. Measure and Control System of Missile and Automatic Verificating System of Virtual Digital Voltmeter were desined based on virtural instrument.The project gives the answer that virtual instrument technique can be used easily.In the end , the writer draws the conclution that virtual instrument technique can be used widely and depth in Navy Range, gives the advice about virtual instrument technique's application and what work should be get out of.
