Web service resolved the problem of intercommunication and interoperability within the business enterprise and heterogeneous system in the internal business enterprise by the root. As the kind of newly web application mode and distribute computer model. Web service has become the essential technique currently which is accepted generally. At the same time, the appearance of semantic web makes it possible for computer to recognize the information in the web semantically. As the integration of the semantic web and web service, the semantic web service can be made used to build the execution System for automatic web service detection and web service match. The basic objective can be expressed that the program can search the web service and execute selected web service automatically, according to the statement and requirement of client and some parameters of web service.In this paper, we present a kind of architecture for automatic publish and discovery of semantic web service by analyzing different implement projects of semantic web service. This architecture supports publishing service requirement. On the one hand, we have carried out the automatic web service publish and improved the service match algorithm based on the OWL-S. On the other hand, we develop the advantage in the search of web service and compatibility. Firstly we proposed a kind of architecturefor automatic publishing and detection of semantic web service. And the architecture can support publishing service requirements. Secondly we accomplish the design of publish frame and implement. Thirdly a kind of match algorithm is designed.There are some advantages in the match algorithm improved. The first one is the detection in the algorithm which combining with traditional discovery based on the UDDI. The second one is making classification of the service as a basis for match. The third is making the service match more accurate and complete, through applying precondition and effect besides input match and output match. The fourth is allowing to extend for service match and self-definition match be inserted in main algorithm as a plug-in.
