Under the circumstances, the new financial and economic newspapers rise sharply in our paper market as a highlighting spot.During the short period of five to six years, the new financial and economic newspapers spring into being fast. They develop and transcend the traditional economic papers on market localization, report content and way, market idea and operation pattern, but without substituting them completely. Instead, these two coexisting kinds of papers are complementary playing a mutual role of serving for the economic development and construction. Meanwhile, there is a crisis hidden behind this rapid development, this is the homogeneity competition between similar newspaper as well as the restriction of the exterior competition environment. Therefore, the new finance and economics newspaper must seek new surmounting.The thesis first analyzes the reasons why the new financial and economic papers rise rapidly . And then it finds out the paper in which they surpass the traditional ones and the papers' difficulties through analyzing the current situations of its development. In the end, the thesis explores how we can draw on the experiences of the famous financial and economic papers abroad and points out that in order to achieve the transcendence, we have to improve and develop the newspaper's core competitive strength.
