Research And Realization Of E-Learning System For Digital Media Subject Based On PHP

With the development of theory of study domain and information technology, E-Learning, as a new study way, becomes more and more popular rapidly. And the most popular and effective one in E-Learing is web-based E-Learning.The concept of digital media is formed very recently, but it became a very hot subject quickly. Digital media is mainly about computer storing technology and medium of processing and transmiting information, or medium which use digitization method to transfer information.with such a new developing subject, traditional E-Learing system can not be fit for its new requirements, and on the other hand, with the development of the personalized learning in learning theory, the traditional E-Learning system become more and more bald compared with new learning theory, so it lost the its attractions to learners. This thesis is mainly to establish an E-Learning system which can be fit for Digital media subject properly, and we will do my best to make the system can express all dizitization media information and to realize students' personalized learning.This thesis is mainly researching on a web-based E-Learning system for digital media subject.with large-scale investigation and reading of a lot of materials, the thesis firstly introduced the development of E-Leaming system and summarized their main characteristics, and also introduced the main technology to establishing this system. Based on the analysis of digital media subject, this thesis carried out the general desin of the web-based E-Learning system for digital media This system adopted four-tier system architecture, and made web page design, the corresponding function design and connection of database be independent, in this way the system interface and the background process function also became independent, this work made the system updating easier. The thesis digned and realized the Role-Based Access control module, and made all learing material can be protected according permissions.And author designed and realized the material-chosen module, learning material module,serching module and administration module in detail using php technology. Learing materialmodule is the most important module, because it includes the detail design and realization of publishing of learning material, test, learing group, and forum and so on.At last the thesis summarized the author's work, and points out the advantage and disadvantage, and gives the expected improving work in the future.
