In the military actions, the destruction of the information system happens from time to time. Additionlly, the information system need to adjust in some situation. So we need a system badly, which can solve the problem of destruction.So in this paper, we provide a design and partial implementation of DartGrid destruction recovery system. DartGrid destruction recovery system is a middle ware designed for military information grid application. It provide a solution and toolkit according to requirement of recovery of destruction in the military information grid application. The technology of Grid Computing, Semantic and service combination are used in this system. And also, services' semantic description, service flow making, the management of the information resource and dynamic service combination are supported in DartGrid grid system. The interface of real-time monitoring and logic-information resource mapping are provided. This paper mainly includes the design and implementation of DartGrid destruction recovery system. Here is the core component:The system structure and frame of DartGrid destruction recovery system are designed. The system are composed of three parts: logic management part, information resource management part and the logic-information resource mapping part.The information resource management part are designed and implemented. In this part, the centralized resource management based on voting is used. This model can give the system both high efficiency and good agility. And resource management is considered in the situation that the requirement exceeds the limit of the resource. You can also separate the nodes into some function area when the number is large. The data-backup, which is so important in this kind of recovery system, is researched, and a data-backup model which provide the administrator the ability to balance between the efficiency and the capability is provided.The logic management part and the implementation engine are designed. The workflow-based service combination technology is used to manage the logic flow. The semantic is used to describe the service, so we can locate the service more precisely. And the main work of the implementation engine is to ask the information resource management part for resource to run the logic flow, and to monitor the execution of the services.The later work are mainly about the implementation and improvement of the management of large-scale nodes, and the application development on this platform.
