A school library is an important part of education system of high and elementary schools. But because of the long time background of "Examination -oriented education system", school libraries are weakened and ended step by step. Chinese school libraries have much disparity with some western countries in the construction and level of usage, while school library is weak of acuteness and consciousness of problems in the field of investigation and lays particular on the discussion of rationalism. Along with the penetration of Education for all-around development, school library becomes a kind of curriculum resource and its position stands out constantly, while the pressure of the development increases.In the existing grass-roots education, what level of development are school libraries at on earth? And how much can they enter and develop the revolution of Education for all-around development? What's the developmental level of the school libraries in Gutian County and what challenge will they face?
