Research On Budget Management Information System And Its Application

Budget Manage Information System (BMIS), is the most important sub-system of MIS. It is the core and the comprehensive reflection of the information for enterprise management. BMIS reflects comprehensively the enterprise's status of production,providing,sales,people,finance and materials. All the member of the enterprise take part in the producing of the data for budgeting; all the management activities use the budgeting information. BMIS has close relationship of exchanging information with other system in MIS and they realize the management goal of the enterprise together. This thesis discusses the key factors of development approaches such as environment,approach,system analysis and system design. The thesis also researches and generalizes the idea of system design and system programming of workflow management. As part of the MIS, the approach of development of BMIS follows the general principle of development of MIS. But as a practical system, it must also think about the special condition and demand of the budget management. The development should choose the suitable approach, or synthesize and improve the related approaches, according to the practical environment. System analysis and design is the critical factor of developing information system. It is important to use the basic concepts and methods of software engineering to ensure the scientific properties of development. This thesis discusses the application of several approaches of system analysis and design, which also concern the scope and features of data from BMIS. It is also describes the practice and application of several analysis instruments such as DFD,flow chart,data dictionary etc. on this basic it follow the structure design method to divide the functional modules of BMIS, draw E-R chart, design database system, I/O modules and system security. Many affairs, had quick-change flow, must be deal with in BMIS, so the technology of workflow management have been used in this system. After introducing the idea and theory of workflow management, this thesis discusses the method of application of WFM. Then the approving result of application is introduced in the of the thesis.
