Research On Construction Of City Level Land And Resource E-government System

With the development of Internet and the advancement of information technology, the E-government has played an important role in the national economy information establishment, and has had the revolutionary influence to the traditional running pattern of the government. The improvement of the plan, management, protection and utility of the land and resource can be realized by promoting establishment of land and resource E-Goverment system.According to the practical work needed by the city level land and resource management department, the paper has researched the city level land and resource E-government system. After the biref introduction of the concept, character, the development condition and the course of the E-goverment, the paper analyzed the goal, requirement of the system in detail and described the content of as land and resource government management and synthesis business management. The paper also gave the design of the architecture, network structure, functional structure, portal, database and subsystem. And then the paper gave the design and implementation of cadastre management application subsystem which is based on workflow technology. Finally, the paper dicussed the nontechnical issues during the construction of the system and the way to address these issues.
