The Lead Free Technology Research For Electronical Product

With the development of electrical product and its wide application, ourdependency on the electrical product becomes more and more high. Meanwhile,environment protection is set up by the whole global electrical manufacturer. So wemust realize the electrical product's optimization, also we should keep thecoordination with the nature. All electrical manufacturers must face the challenge.Now one standard to justify product is whether the material has pollution to theenvironment and the components from the facility could be recycled. All electricalproducts should be kept away from the lead. However, the lead-free electricalproduct's reliability and operation are the main topic.The conversion has great influence on the electrical product. That's the reason Ichoose the topic. My goal is to improve the lead free product's reliability andapplication in the future. Due to the limitation of experiment equipment in our factory,I focus on the tin whisker and the process related with SMT.I have grasped the lead-free project by way of information and experiment without changing the electricalproduct's property. The main difficulty is holding tin whisker and optimizing SMTprocess. How to know the theory of tin whisker's growth and how to do with thesolderability from the lead free solder are my target.The achievement: (1) Successfully fulfill the lead free Oscillator's process;(2)What we have got in the tin whisker research give great contribution to the electricalstandard;(3) Experiments prove that The tin whisker could be controlled;(4) SMTprocess have reference and experience based on my achievementThe innovation: In the research of tin whisker, I point out several factors thataffect the tin whisker growth;Present the application to resolve SMT process whenthe lead-free time is coming.
