Research On The Application Of Military Examination And Approval Automatical Platform

The present information system can be divided into the business system such as sale managing system, financial system, ERP etc and the OA such as email cooperation, project management, knowledge management. The business system deals with the front operation action and the OA is to effectively control the business system as one. On the aspects of its application and the development definition, the OA system is centered of office automation, including the functions of the paper approval and the office management. The characteristics is viewing the office approval and the handling the documents as the clues, implementing the approval architecture adaptable to the company's official requests. And then it can shorten the expense of transferring the paper and human resources and increase the working efficiency.With the rapid development of the global computer technology, the army information constructions are deeply needed. Among them the approval system refers to not only the reduction and reform of the workflow inside the army's departments but also the data exchanging and API definition among the different departments and between the army's departments and the public. According to the design of the approval system's frame, the functional modules and the researches of implement, we can build the safe, reliable and the effective approval management platform which can complete the approval work rapidly. This thesis offers application system, dealing with all kinds of approval work according to its definition, handling all kinds of approvals, solving the problems appearing in the process according to its first definition. It implements the information and fleetness of approval, moreover it implements the official automation in the army and improves the productivity.This army approval platform is based of the RDB workflow engine technique. The technique is implemented by Java language. It advanced and detailed introduced the workflow model supported by DBFlow engine based of existed workflow model especially the inherited workflow architecture. And the architecture is born of OOP and coordinate the class inheritance way to implement the workflow inheritance architecture.
