Study On The Enterprise Resource Planning System Based On Knowledge Management

With the development of national economy and the improvement of social information-based degree, the information-based products are expected to meet higher demands. The enterprise resource planning system plays a crucially important part in information system construction. Knowledge Management, ensuring enterprise to adapt them to the social development, is also the goals of enterprise information system construction. The integration of ERP with Knowledge Management promises knowledge management a prospective forum, as well as promotes ERP to experience a great development.Firstly, the basic principles of Knowledge Management are analyzed. The Knowledge Representation theories and the conversion of implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge are presented. The data preprocessing algorithms in Knowledge Discovery and the learning algorithms in Knowledge Acquisition are discussed in detail. Secondly, the inevitability of integration of Knowledge Management into ERP system is introduced. This paper also gives the construction process of a modified Knowledge Document Management System (KDMS). Finally, a concrete example is presented: a system of Petrol Company. It demonstrates the application of Knowledge Management theories and realizes knowledge accumulation and sharing partly.
