The CTI Telephony And The Implementation Of CTI Server

Communication of telephone, data processing of computer and computer control are merged together by Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), realizing communication increment, and meet the user's needs. This thesis is on the basis of analyzing the system of call center and CTI software, and has designed and realized different CTI server under the two kinds of schemes according to the scheme of voice board and the scheme of PBX (Private Branch Exchange).The thesis has explained in detail Computer Support of Telecommunication Application (CSTA) and relevant standard, analyzed the CTI operational model and constructed the CTI server that the PBX scheme finally.According to voice board realization scheme of small-scale call center, the thesis explains corresponding systematic structure and running environment in detail. On this basis, The thesis have designed the CTI server based on voice board according to the voice board characteristic, realized concretely, and has solved the problem of channel state that realize the voice board in the course.According to two kinds of access schemes of call center, the thesis have designed and realized two kinds of CTI server, realize communication of telephone, data processing of computer and computer control in call center system. The CTI server is accorded with of PBX scheme and voice board scheme demand in call center.
