IRP theories also include main function, theoretical and practical meaning and so on. Furthermore, it analyzes the IRP and ERP application state, and explains the advantages of ERP, the relation of IRP and ERP, and the reasons of failure of ERP, and put forward the suggestions of ERP software for internal applications. Secondly, it studies the combinative schemes. The thesis concludes three types of actual ERP development methods: developed-product, customized-product, finished-product, and illustrates how to combine ERP and IRP in the facets of requirement analysis, system model and management standard of information resource. This is also the main innovation of the thesis. At last, it analyzes by using the cases of a ship corporation in Tianjin and an Ocean Chemistry corporation in Shandong, and demonstrates that the scheme can succeed in completing the combination of IRP and ERP with the help of IRP achievements, and promotes the ERP implementation process.Through the study of IRP and ERP, the thesis puts forward the combinative scheme, and analyzes it with cases, and takes good effect. At the same time, it points out that the schemes need to go on studying in practice.
