The paper is a part of the key item: "the research of high accurate large diameter measurement system by using multi-rolling wheels". The high accuracy measurement system by multi-rolling method can be used to measure the diameter and roundness error of the large diameter. To improve the accuracy of the measurement, the system adopts the technique of redundancy, and measure signals which affect the accuracy by multi-kind sensors.The paper introduced the build-up of high accuracy large diameter measurement system based on virtual instrument in detail without using any secondary meter;During software and hardware design, the system adopts many effective methods to reduce the influence at start-up/halt time;The paper accomplished the software of measurement system according to modern program idea. In the last part of this paper, partial sensors' demarcated data is provided, and proved the feasibility and reliability of data acquisition/control software which programmed by virtual instrument.
