| The traditional model of publishing under the planned economy can hardly meet the needs of new situation in accordance with the flourishing socialism market economy. So planning of publishing, as a product of the publishing practice and the publishing optimization theory under the socialism market economy, was introduced to meet the development. Planning of publishing is an innovation of thinking model of editors, is the embodiment of editors' competitive consciousness. The model of planning, different from the old and separated publishing model, takes the originality as the link, makes all the publishing essentials combine together, and then optimize the publishing resources and economy. This paper mainly introduced the following aspects: â‘ The theory of the planning of publishing was expatiated and summarized in accordance with the literatures. â‘¡The planning status of selecting subjects, information-collecting, publishing channels, approaches of purchasing etc, were investigated and analyzed from the questionnaire. â‘¢Combining with the characteristics of the medical books, the tactics of planning of selecting subjects, planning of making and marketing were introduced. And "after-sale service", which was neglected for many years, was introduced in planning of marketing. This exploration aims at changing the old model of passively meeting the needs of readers of publishing books under the planned economy, introducing marketing mechanism and paying attention to the economic benefit of publishing books. It will be positive to change the unfavorable situation of mediocre subjects, repeatedly publishing and slump market in current publication. |
