Dealing with some governmental affairs has been realized in the whole Customs system through the intra net. All the officials began to realize that it is very important to master the modern office techniques to transform the leading method and working method. The electronic communication is exerting more and more important role in the China Customs' innovation and building.The Changchun Customs' governmental affair net is upgraded to complete these requirements. This long-range project includes: upgrading the main domain, upgrading the mail system, conceiving and building the WSUS server, deploying the backup system and enhancing the building of the intra net. The object of this project is to build a basic framework for the Customs governmental affairs communication system in one to two years. This basic framework is "three nets and one storeroom. The network system satisfied current various business needs, and laid good network hardware foundation for the development of aftertime.Nowadays, all the application projects based on e-govemment Plat in the Changchun Customs have been realized.
