Abstract/Summary:
With the extensive using the computer aided technology,The efficiency of themanufacture is improved very fast in modern enterprise.At the same time, theinformation presents explosion growth , and the new problem is come forth.In theenterprise, each department use different the computer aided technology systems toproduce the product information.These information can't exchange each other ,sothey become "the information isolated islands", we can't make use of themefficiently.On the other hand, it is very hard to search the useful information fromthe information oceans. The statistics express that the engineers use 70% time tosearch the useful information , however,they only use 30% time to design theirpoduct .There are also many other problems in product data management, such astrack the design project belongs to and insure usage the latest edition of the designetc. If it isn't be handled properly, it will produce the negative effect to the workefficiency.So the management problem of the product data has already become theimportant problem to develop the product efficiency.The product data management (PDM) is a technique to solves theseproblems.The main function of the PDM system is a integration frame of thevarious computer application system and realize the management of the productdata.So that it can control the whole lifecycle of the product.It will become astrong tool to use the human resource and the information resource for theenterprise.This paper's purpose is to describe the technique of PDM from the theories,and use the Goup and Category theories to establish the mathematics structure ofthe PDM syetem .This paper also use function theories to simulate the personnelsystem . The main contents that this paper do is as follows.Chapter 1:Introduction.This chapter introduced the PDM's concept, basic function,the creation and the development, domestic and international application. It alsointroduce the meaning of the enterprise to use the PDM system.It illustrates theresearch results of the paper.Chapter 2: The theories foundation of PDM System's mathematics structure.Thischapter first introduces the basic concept of the O-O and the method of how tobuild O-O model.it introducing the concept of the object, class, object'attribute etc. it also introduces the object properties such as inheritance,encapsulation ,polymorphism.Describe an object and the link relationship,inherit relationship , aggregation relationship by the frame diagram.Give the basicobject ratings model diagram and the basic object ralations diagram of PDMsystem.It also introduce the knowledge of the goup and the category for proof inthe the following text.Chapter 3:The mathematics structure of the PDM system.This chapter mainlyaims at that the O-O model only has the ability expresses the contact betweenobject with the form of the frame diagram, it can't expression clearerly enough thecontact between object and the link between the relation and relation of objectsfrom the essence which can ratiocinate the relation between object and object.Sothis paper use group theory and category theory to build up the mathematicsstructure of the PDM system creationary. This chapter first defines the extractiveoperation ,the combine operation, the simplicity attribute ,the vacant attribute in theattribute concourse.Prove that the object x' attribute concourse Px and thecombine operation ∨ will make up of the attribute monoid G( Px ,∨ ) .So weuse the person object's attribute concourse PU and the combine operation ∨ toBuilt up the person object's attribute monoid U( PU ,∨ ).Prove that the personobject's attribute concourse PU and the relation between the object's attribute→make up of the consequence and sequence category ( PU ,→). Also from therelationship between the whole system and each constituent's attribute concourse, weprove that the result of the person object's monoid category ( x1 ) multiplythe role object's monoid category ( x 2) is a subcategory of S'( S = ( x1 ,x2))monoid category (S).We define an add operation of event and the zero event in the object's eventconcourse subsequently .Prove that the object x' event concourse Fx and addmapping beteen the object event concourse is a functional relation. Prove that thefunctional relation mapping concourse between the objects F and the mappingcombine operation ? make up of the functional mapping monoid G( F , ? ).This chapter also prove that the mapping F among the person object ,the goupobject ,the role object and the authorization object in the personnel managementsystem of the PDM system and the the mapping combine operation ? makeup of the monoid U( F , ? ).We also do some further study we found that thefunctional mapping between the object and the objects make up the monoidcategory .Chapter 4: The personnel management based on the function simulation. Thischapter mainly introduced the objects which compose the personnel managementsystem, give these objects' attribute concourse (also call the characteristicconcourse) .It synopsis introduced person dynamic organized method and the staticorganized method, the distribution of the role and the setting of authorization.Givedefinition of the function in the simulating system, using three elements predicationand additional explaination to express each function master's function .Give thestep to virtual constitute the function model, and according to this step, the authorputs forward the function model of the PDM system for the first time.Give thepersonnel management system of PDM system constitute and its direct functionrelation form, PDM personnel management system constitute and its functionanalyze form, the function model form of the PDM personnel management system,and to various authorization mode within management of personnel of the PDMsystem carried on the function simulation.The summary simulation result, giveoptimization authorization method. Realize various authorization in the system ofPDM.Chapter 5: Summing-up and expectation.This chapter studies the contents to carryon the overview to the full text, concluding the theory and the innovation points.Give the expectation to the PDM of development trend.Using mathematics tools such as group theory and category theory etc todescribe the PDM system has the widespread applicability to general system suchas the social systems ,the mechanical system .We also Can use the functionalsimulation method to simulate these systems.It has the leading meaning to thetheories research of the system for the aftertime.
