| Material consumption is an important economic indicator of the enterprise. The accuracy, timeliness, integrity and the dynamic share of its data play an important role in the management of the production and business, the control of manufacturing cost of the enterprises. During the precision casting of the aviation engine's parts, the consumptive materials are wide variety of kinds and have a large consumption, so the importance of the material consumption management is prominent. The research on the management method and system of material consumption is significant to the material information transfer and share of the whole enterprise and the improvement of material consumption management of precision casting enterprise.In this paper, the enterprises which produce aviation engine parts using precision casting are regarded as the main research objects. Firstly, some common problems and the overall demands of the material consumption management of these enterprises are analyzed, and the application method and process of the bar code in the material consumption management are studied, as well as the code rule. Secondly, the computation methods of the planned consumption and the actual consumption are studied. Thirdly, after analyzing the feasibility, a method of BP neural network which is used to establish a prediction model to predict the material consumption of new components is presented. Finally, UML modeling method is used to analyze and devise the material consumption management system, and the functional model and the B/S web structure of the system are established, then a precision casting oriented prototype system based on .Net platform is developed successfully for Shenyang Liming Aviation-Engine Corporation and put into practical use. |
