Research On Ontology-based Information Resource Management Tool

Recently, developing with the economical globalization, information technology has become major tendency of developing economy and society and will make our country industry optimized and modernized.Along with ontology technology developing, ontology is appearing gradually in knowledge expression and knowledge sharing. More researchers apply ontology technology to information system and information modelling research. In information system and information modelling domain, ontology makes the domain terminology standardization and domain knowledge consistently understood.This thesis has analyzed information resource management development and status of our country's information society construction and then proposed research on ontolotly based information resource management tool. This thesis has studied ontology technology and proposed ontology based information resource management method. Through analysing users and functions of information resource management tool, we studied the tool's technology. Then we designed the tool's system structure and designed the information model constructing environment in detail. We realized a prototype system and used it to a project which obtained good effect.Ontology based information resource management tool's realization will provide a unified information resource semantics standard, a unified information resource data exchange standard, a unified information resource data element standard to information system developer and a global view of understanding organization information to various department's users; ontology based information resource management tool's research is a new topic to the current information society construction studies and will provide some new idea to the correlative research...
