In the paper , a semi-automatic biochemical analyzing system has been studied .This system is based on the signal-processing technology of DSP TMS320LF2407 and narrow band optical-split technology.The paper discussed the working principle of the biochemical analyzing system, established the mathematics model of the system , and designed the software and the hardware respectively. Some aspects in the paper has been discussed as the following .Firstly,the paper introduced the working principle of the biochemical analyzing system and offered some frequently used methods of automatic biochemical analyses ir. clinical medical aspects .Secondly, the paper demonstrated the overall design scheme of the system , and described the block diagram of two feasible scheme of the system . The hardware design of every part of Optimum scheme of the system and the realization of measuring precision index have been discussed in detail. Consequently, the paper expounded how to use Semiconductor freezer by means of PID algorithm to realize temperature-controlling of the absorbing-pool, and analyzed the two-step project design method of PID controller and the adjusting method of PID parameters.Finally, the paper offered the program flow charts of DSP software , designed serial communication interface.It has been proved by the result that this system has the property of accurate inspecting serum biochemical project. This paper could offer certain guidance meaning and reference value for the related research.
