| NAVTEX is the system transmitting and receiving security information offshore and is one of the important components of GMDSS.The traditional NAVTEX system cannot satisfy the requirement of the modern ocean shipping development which works in the mode of NBDP. With the rapidly development of the communication industry, the architecture updated from analogue to digital, it's necessary to do research on a revolution development of NAVTEX system for intelligentizing and function diversification.The new NAVTEX system is proposed in this paper incorporating Software Defined Radio (SDR) technology and DSP techniques in the process of digital receiver end. Based on the theory of SDR, first, NAVTEX signal is sampled by band-pass sampling theory. Second, sampled signal is transferred into DSP for filtering, demodulation and location. At last, some algorithm is chosen to finish the receiving. At last, the DSP kit is designed and tested, the proposed method in this paper is accomplished in it. |
