The CMIN02 system is the mobile intelligent network system produced by EB Information Technology Co., Ltd which accords to ETSI GSM CAMEL standards and CMCC CAMEL specifications. Currently, it has been applied to commerce on a large scale. CMIN02-SCP (Service Control Point), acting as the kernel of the service control function of CMIN02 system, provides executing environment for various SLPs(Service Logic Programs), and stores service data and SLPs. It can select and execute different SLP according to different IN service, and control other nodes including SSP (Service Switching Point) to perform the function of service control.Signalling tracking is an effective way to maintain the original IN services or to develop new services on CMIN02 system. But the functions of signalling tracking provided by the existing CMIN02-SCP back-end system can not be used to live network with heavy traffic. It can only be used in laboratory for single call testing. On the other hand, using signalling monitor to track signalling has its own limitations, since it can not provide service maintainers with whole tracking information, including whole signalling flow between SCP and various network entities, SIB (Service Independent Building Block) flow, and the database operation flow between SLP and database.
