Research And Design Of BPMS In Telecom Special Analysis System

As a kind of information organizing style and process, telecom special analysis is analyzing and solving the various service problems those appear during the operations processes, such as customers' disappearance and debts. At present, special analysis was finished by technical analyzers' handwork, and its results were submitted to the customers by the style of documents. This way is not canonical,organized dispersive, the experiences can't be shared and not flexible. According to analysis the processes and means in the telecom special analysis deeply, combining with the shortages in the old one, we puts forward a telecom special analysis system based on BPMS.In this paper, we introduce the basic concept of BPMS, its function and its protocol stack. We find that the Web service technology will fit BPMS realization through comparing with other application integration technologies. On the other hand , we investigate the development of telecom special analysis system, and introduce its details of content and its location in the Telecom Operation Support System, as well as combining with telecom corporations' new requirement of telecom special analysis system, we develop an architecture for telecom special analysis system based on BPMS. To validate the architecture, we design a prototype system, with this prototype system, we realize the function of telecom feeset preview, and provide the function to design,modify,deploy,execute and manage business process. In the end, we summarize the preponderance of the architecture and also demonstrate some deficiency to ameliorate.
