| With the booming of information technology, as well as advancing instruction and learning theory, the idea of life-long learning is needed and a good chance to realize it is also provided. As a good way of life-long learning, e-learning has come into a good stage. The implementing and developing of e-learning in enterprise is a nicer scenario for setting up a learning organization.According to the analyzing of literature, we found it is not so easy to introduce and implement e-learning. Some new problems show while some old ones solved in those corporations who have implemented it. So if an effective e-learning is wanted, sufficient investigation, reasonable judgments and analysis are also wanted。 Only with a well instructional design, can we develop an e-learning system which suitable for enterprise, can we bring the real function of e-learning into play.Several methods are used including literature analysis, expert interview, questionnaires, etc. By these ways, the article states the development and research of e-learning overseas and domestic, expounds the conception and category of e-learning, points out some problems want to be solved within researching and implementing of e-learning for beginners in enterprises.Basing on theory of instructional design, taking the theory of training deliver in enterprise and the method of e-learning design as the guide, the article forms a flow chart on e-learning design for beginners in enterprise from several perspectives such as analysis of demand, content, method, and evaluation etc. Then, combining with learning theory of adults plus my own experiences, make a practical e-learning design for beginners of the antehall serving employee in Jiangxi mobile while consider their characteristics and the demands for the antehall serving station. Also, the factors influence on the effect of e-leaning is considered. |
