Establish Meteorological Data Warehouse And Data Mining Based On It

Information technology, using computers to extract useful information from large datasets to support decision-making is being used in meteorological services in order to speed its scientific and technological modernization. Meteorological department has collected large volumes of monitoring data in the past. One of the main problems in meteorological decision-making is how to improve the comprehensive processing ability of computers to extract useful information from the massive raw data and apply on different disciplines.Data warehouse is one of the active studies in databases in recent years. It is mainly used to claim knowledge through data mining from massive historical data. The goal of data warehouse is to provide support for decision-makers. It has characteristics of facing theme, completeness, and stableness. Data mining, or knowledge discovery, is the process to extract useful information, relationship, and model hidden from large volumes of raw data. Data mining is a practical technique from the beginning.
