It is vital to control the turbid liquid density in coal-washing production so that the turbid liquid is able to settle quickly when disturbed and to adjust itself sensitively when the ingredients of raw coal change. Thus, more demands should be made about the automatic control of the on-the spot equipment and the real-time transmission of the data. This article is made in the background of the automatic development of coal washing, based on my practice in technical reform programs, and adopts OPC(OLE For Process Control), which is a new-model transmission criterion, to replace the traditional DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange) to transmit the data. The terminal adopts Simens's configuration software (Wincc) as the platform to monitor all the key equipment in the control system of coal-washing density, and carry out the friendly human-machine interface.According to the control system automation of coal-washing density...
