The embedded Measurement and Control system is one of the researching hotspots in modern Measurement & Control fields at present. In recent years, the embedded web has s served as one of most important approaches in Measurement and Control system. The paper has given an application framework of remote data acquisition and control system based on embedded web, utilizing MC9S12NE64 MCU integrated Ethernet module brought out by Freescale semiconductor.Firstly, some basic conception related to the thesis is introduced. Secondly, the design idea and the implementing method of hardware and software of the Measurement and Control system hosted by MC9S12NE64 are described in detail. It supports up to 30 channels using integrated A/D module with 10-bit resolution and TLC2543 with 12-bit resolution, develops network driver of Ethernet module, simplifies standard TCP/IP protocol, and presents responding implementing algorithms. At the same time, a kind of software is provided to manage information collected from embedded web devices. As the validation test, the system is applied to three barrier stations on Suzhou Xitang River for measuring and controlling indoor tempeature and etc. It proves that this approach is feasible, and the system is of good performance. It can be designed for practical application.Result of this research provides a valuable reference for application of high performance and low-end embedded system and popularization of Embedded Ethernet.
