Angle measuring precision phase sum/difference mono-pulse radar receiver is not only related to accurate strike to target, but also the base of successful penetration of interceptor missile for TBM anti-guidance system using two point sources of correlation, which is one of radar angle fraud technologies. Thus, research on technical criteria influencing angle measuring precision of receiver is meaningful.This paper analyses the effect in receiver of each technical criteria of mono-pulse radar, detailedly analyses the influence to angle measuring precision of each technical criteria of the receiver and results in technical criteria which is important to angle measuring precision. Then, measuring and compensating methods on channel discrepancy.According to the uncertainty theory, this paper analyzes how the technical criteria influence the accuracy of angle measurement and gets synthetical formula of angle measuring error. This paper also analyses how to realize distribution of angle measuring error when we are given to the certain error of angle measurement.In the paper, feasible test method of receiver technical criteria according to TBM anti-guidance system receiver, test the important criteria by this method and gain related criteria of receiver after data processing.
