| The primary task in this paper is to design an integrated control system ofthe automatization machine tool whose function is to produce notched impactspecimen. After analyzing the machining process and precision requirement ofthe notched impact specimen, advanced motion control techniques and virtualinstrument techniques are used to design a high efficiency and high precisionintegrated control system. This integrated control system includes two systems:motion control system and machine vision detecting system. This thesis takescharge of designing motion control system(PLC control subsystem and servocontrol subsystem)and integrating it with machine vision detecting system,machinevisiondetectingsystemis designedbymypartner.During the machining flow of the notched impact specimen, all thesequenceaction of the machine tool are controlled by PLC subsystem. In accordance withthe system requirement, choose the Panasonic FP0-C32T PLC, distribute the I/Oand construct the signal inputelectrocircuit and output load electrocircuit; designthe PLC control flow diagram and compile the trapezoid diagram, then debugthem; designthePLC communicationprogram basedonLabVIEW.Servo control subsystem ensures the machining precision of notched impactspecimen. PCI-7358 8-axies motion controller and Panasonic motor are used toconstruct the servo system; use LabVIEW to design the servo control programwhich ensure the cutler and workbench moving as the expectation parameters.Base on the different control requirement, debug the servo system on velocitycontrol mode and position control mode. By the configuration of PIDparameters,theservosystem canreachthebest performance.LabVIEW,VISA(Virtual Instrument Software Architecture)and RTSItechnique are used to integrated the PLC control subsystem,Servo controlsubsystem and machine vision detecting subsystem; design the main controlprogram and User Interface of the integrated control system; conclude amultitasking attemper strategy of this integrated control system.
