| With the development of the Daqing oilfield,the comprehensive contain water come from oil well is continuously rising,Considered from some factors such as extracting oil from sewage,environmental protection,many sewage processing stations were built in the oilfield to deal with the sewage which was drained by the transfer stations,transfer oil and drain water stations and unite stations。So,the research and application of sewage processing station filtration container and reactive rinse control system can realize the sewage station's process autocontrol,cut down the station operator's work load, reduce man-made disturbance,improve the filtration and reactive rinse quality,ensure the facilities in the stations to run safely。This article mainly study the oilfield's sewage processing stations filtration and reactive rinse control system。At present, the autocontrol system was widely applied in unite stations and transfer oil and drain water stations,but it was only explored in the sewage processing stations。Combine with the latest stations'conditions,the technology of measure and autocontrol instrument,the technology of PLC control system,It provide the useful monitoring and controlling methods for the sewage processing stations produce process。Four questions would be researched in the next steps。The first is to research the sewage processing stations'technological process and their facilities(for example pump,transducer,filtration container),so we can grasp them to establish a stable foundations for research of project。The second is to combine the produce process of stations, determine firmly reasonable parameters,select measure and control instrument,exploit PLC technology。The third is to make certain the control project of oilfield's sewage processing station filtration and reactive rinse control process。According to the research conclusion,we can establish the appropriate control project and draw the corresponding flow charts。The fourth is to exploit and apply the PLC software technology。We should constantly modify the software problems which are discovered in the sewage stations。... |
