| Based on the project of the Device Management Information System (DMIS), this paper takes the enterprise device management model as the research object; the computer-aided system of the equipment administration is established by object-oriented analysis and design method. The paper researches the key techniques to develop a device management information system based on the B/S structure for enterprise. And it has certain theoretical value and current significance to the enterprise.The main content and achievements of research list as follow:1. The system architecture is designed and constructed, the system overall function model, integrated platform architecture and 3 tier logic structure based on B/S mode are carried out. The system's physical information model of the Database is also constructed.2. The relative theory and the techniques and the main problem existed are researched round with the system functions. The key technique to implement the system -such as Database, C#, GDI+ is described.3. The Device Management Information System (DMIS) is the products that combine the equipment administration technique and computer technique. According to the theory of software engineering, the most important step is requirement analysis. Based on the 0-0 techniques, the detailed database is designed. We build the system architecture and analysis the function requirement of the system. We also discussed the main function of the application program in the server and the key techniques to implement the system, the way to choice the system platform, etc.4. The practical system environment, data flow and net topologic structure is researched.
