Research And Implementation Of The College Office Automatic System Based On J2EE

OA technique has developed into a stage of comparative maturity so far. At present, the model of OA is commonly set up by adopting systems analysis pattern dependent on work flow, using the analysis-design methods of OOP and analyzing documents and characters in the work flow as well as their respective attributes. And we use the OAS platform to make the software system which it is to solve the problems in the process of missive circulation, therefore we can handle official business automatically.However there exist many problems if we want to set up OAS economically practicably and efficiently at school for it has such characteristics as many information sources, large amount of information and disunified data, etc. Therefore a series of correlation techniques should be adopted including database integration, network security, network service, and news issuance, etc. Firstly, this paper analyses and synthesizes some problems in college office affairs. According to the comparison among the merits and demerits of the development techniques of OAS, that is the technique based on Lotus Notes platform, the integration of MIS and adoption of distributive development techniques, we choose J2EE as development platform of system in allusion to the characteristics of software system of each department as well as such factors as investment ,the construction period and maturity of technology and so on.Secondly, by applying theories and techniques of OA, database and web service and combining the author's practice in OAS of Shandong Vocational College Of Economics and Business, the paper deal with the specific schemes including the design and realization of four main function modules: routine office, routine tasks, integrated information and the regulation of system.
