| This paper introduces a design and realization of a system, which can locate miners using wireless communication. The system contains three parts: wireless transceiver module, host computer and CANBUS. Everyone under mine has a transmitter. Identity code is send out by wireless signal. Monitor stations installed along laneway gather data about miners from receiving wireless signals. The data from each monitor station are transmitted to the host computer on ground by CANBUS. The host computer analyses the data, locate miners and get related information about the person. To the location method TOA AOA and RSS, their feasibility in mine application is analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages are point out. Based on the comparison, the arithmetic of statistic generalized from TOA is introduced to the system. In debugging process of the arithmetic, a chebyshev real-time predication method is introduced to predicate miners' moving direction, which eliminate error caused by data instability. The transceiver and monitor station own the same structure. The wireless transceiver is mainly composed of high-powered, embed wireless module PTR8000, which implants complete communication protocol and CRC. PTR8000 communicates with MPU fleetly exactly by serial port. The characteristic of the wireless communication channel is studied, mathematical module of wireless communication is built, and methods of anti-collision are discussed. Considering the speciality of communication circumstance under mine, a generalized arithmetic from ALOHA called random deferring arithmetic is introduced to improve communication quality. A wireless communication protocol, which is applicable for one point to multi-point system, is introduced. Features and structures of field buses are compared, and the design on CANBUS node is presented in detail. |
