In the developing China the logistic is facing an issue: on the one hand logistic industry requires numerous logistic resources, on the other hand the existed logistic resources such as small or middle-scaled logistic companies, could not satisfy the more and more requests and couldn't survive under the rigorous competion. In order to find an approach, it is not enough that only build new resources, the most effective way is integrate and optimize the existed logistic resources.First the paper does a research about business pattern used by in-country and overseas information system. That leads a new-style business pattern that is the dense logistic league. After investigation it is knowed the dense logistic league is a business pattern which contians three nodes. The destination is that integrates the existed logistic resources, takes advantage of the strongpoint of resources and advances the logistic information process. Compared with the popular two-nodes business pattern, the dense logistic league will not only focus on information share, but also pay attention to the iformation optimization. Basing on the dense of enterprises, customers, operations and resources, taking advantage of all kinds of optimum technologies, information system could centralize lots of operation information and reintegrate and redistrube them again. Optimizing the business operations in the system category will result in the reduced cost of logistic operation and the improvement of the service. This kind of optimum could satisfy customer's request with less resources and at the same time it allows the small or middle-scaled companies to take part in the league.
