| It has been ten years since the collectivisation of the media got started in China. During this period, we not only obtained some experience but also, at the same time, realised that there exist some problems which we should solve as quickly as possible. Therefore, before all these problems get intensified, we should settle them correctly--- and that is benefit to the development of the collectivisation of the media. So in this research paper, mainly from four chapters, the author approaches the problems which exist during the development of the collectivisation of the media, and meanwhile tries to point out some proper solutions to them. First of all, in Chapter I, the author expounds the cause and significance of the reform of the collectivisation of the media; and poses the necessity of the implementation of the collectivisation of the media in China. In Chapter II, the writer shows the feasibility of the collectivisation of the media in China. In this chapter, the author emphatically pionts out the problems which exist in the course of the development and tries to put forward the solutions and plans about what we should do next. And also, the author gets a conclusion that what is the most important during the development of the collectivisation of the media is to set up the model and the core of leadership of the group of the media in China. In Chapter III( Introspection), the author analyses why the collectivisation of the media develops slowly in China, and tries to point out how we can get a furthur step about it. In ChapterIV, the author sums up the experience of the giants of the mass media, from which we gain the enlightenment: keep calm, know what is our direction and have an insight into the real aim of the giants of the Mass Media when they say": Hello! China!".
