Today, the network technology has already widely used in industrial field, some power factories of large-scale enterprise that has already set up SCADA system, need setting up to a set of dispatch and electric transform management system based on network technology urgently, in order to fully utilize the data of SCADA system , improve the efficiency of management and improve the management level of the production and security in the power network of enterprises.The thesis from all-kinds of angle introduces the development course of the dispatch and electric transform management system of power network in large-scale enterprise, and development of the dispatch and electric transform management system, and theoretical foundation, technology and relevant norms involved in the develop course of this system was introduced.First, the system business model was discussed in the thesis. Based on this model, use the unified modeling language (UML ) to carry on demand analysis, network analysis and design. The demand analysis uses the example (Fig.) describing. In system analysis and design, the dynamic behavior model of the system, the designs of static structure model, database were described in detail.The thesis discusses the system operational mode, develop platform and how to choose them; And discusses the database programming in details and provides the source code; The interface designing of SCADA system and the database was discussed in details, and in the programming course of a large number of data transmission between Kingview and user database system, the problem that low efficiency of program was solved. The question of security that the system faces was discussed and the measures were provided.In the thesis the function module of the system were introduced, and some developed interfaces were provided.At last, combining the theory of expert system and object-oriented technology, the develop course of the expert system on operation ticket based on the graphical interfaces was discussed in details.The system has been applied to the Dexing copper mine power factory of Jiangxi Copper Corporation and made a satisfied achievement.The system has been applied to the Dexing copper mine power factory of Jiangxi Copper Corporation and made a satisfied achievement.
