At present, the development of network technology provides an unprecedented opportunity for the education reform of the information society and extremely pushes the process of the education information forward. Along with the increasing of network instruction recently, some successful aspects of the education reform can be applied better. Under this background, this paper combines the contemporary actual requirement with the network instruction and introduces a successful teaching method the Scheme Signals Approach, and accomplishes the development of tools assisting network instruction which is based on the Scheme Signals Approach. The instruction of the Scheme Signals Approach is designed by B.Ф.ШATAЛOB. It improves traditional instruction efficiency. The chart of the Scheme Signals Approach is a critical factor. There are six parts, classroom instruction, homework, and how to active students' thinking and so on. Applying the Scheme Signals Approach to network instruction not only help students have a good understanding what they have learnt about, but also enable them to think deeply. In this way, it accomplishes the interaction between students and what they have learnt about. As a result, using java and JSP to develop a software that suit the web well, it is possible to make the Scheme Signals Approach apply in network instruction.B/S pattern is suited for the needs of network instruction. The software design has a strategy for server-side and client-side development. A Model-View-Controller architecture is used, decreasing code duplication, centralizing control, and making the application more easily modifiable. The...
