Research And Design The Grade Module Of Teaching Affair Administration System

Teaching affair administration plays a pivotal role in higher education in universities, which directly affects the level and quality of teaching. In the 21 Century, higher education demands that teaching affairs should be handled with the help of modern technology scientifically. Teaching affair administration system (TAAS) must conform to rules, be precise and on time. As the reform of teaching in universities gets deeper and deeper, practicing quality and individualized education, cultivating creative practical abilities, brings new challenges to administration work.The client programs of the TAAS of Inner Mongolia Normal University are composed of several models that are separated from each other. The whole system consists of models of students, teachers, classrooms, laboratories, curriculums, courses, schedule arrangement, subject selection, and grades. The part included in this thesis only deals with the last one. Here we use SQL-Server 2000+Java+Jsp as our developing tool, which is relatively cheap with the consideration of performance and easy to exchange data with other databases in the campus intranet for the system.This thesis analyses the tasks of teaching affair administration of TAAS of Inner Mongolia Normal University, and introduces the process of accomplishing the function of the grade administration module, with the help of C/S, B/S, and database technology based on the campus intranet.
