With the development of the network technical, Internet technique has already permeated to each field of the daily life and the industry production. It made the real-time remote monitoring and control of the industry automation production possible. Through the remote monitoring and control technique, the technical personnel needn't to attend personally or to be in bad environment. They can work at other places. The architecture of web monitoring system and the relative technology what is adopted is discussed in detail. To the comparison of different structures of software, Web-based remote monitoring and control scheme is put forward. To consider sufficiently the real-time remote monitoring communications, and with the purpose of accomplishing real-time data alternation, Socket communications is proposed and the method of the communications among remote monitoring browser, local monitoring server level and server level which is in the middle one is analyzed. And the technology of Java Applet and Web database is introduced in detail.The particular design of the reuse-water remote monitoring and control system is purposed. The concrete hardware structure and software unitary design suppose is put forward, and achieving the tight joint between monitoring and control technology and network technology, the serial programming is used to the data collection in the system. Meanwhile Java Applet and Socket communications technology is adopted for the theme of remote real-time communications.
