Research Of Modeling And Simulation Of Communication Reconnaissance And Jamming Systems

The communication system becomes more complex with the development of communication technology. Therefore, system design and performance analysis can not be done without the computer support. Simulation base on link level is the simulating of independence components of system, it is made use of simulating of signal transforming and processing, in order to analyses signal character,parameter and processing course in signal level, the result of simulation can provide very important reference for the design and evaluation of system.This paper mostly studied the modeling and simulating of reconnaissance and direction finding system for communication by using HLA/simulink simulation platform for communication EW. The purpose is to design reconnaissance federate and jam federate for communication EW simulation system by using HLA simulation based on different reconnaissance system for communication and simulation modeling with different jamming mode. The comment have significant value in the field of communication EW.This paper consists of three parts. The first introduced basis concept fundamentals and development of reconnaissance and jam for communication. The second present fundamentals of reconnaissance for communication ; simulink simulation models; reconnaissance for communication federate design. The models include: simulation models for communication EW panoramic scanning receiver, surveillance analyses receiver, multichannel-FFT receiver. The third introduced fundamentals of jam for communication ; simulink simulation models; communication EW federate design. Along with communication federate and direction finding federate, jamming effectiveness showed in this part. The last summarized the paper and illuminated the direction of development.
