This text brought forward a new method using compand-silk fiber to fabricate big section optical fiber image transmitting bundle through the research on the craft of small section optical fiber image transmitting bundle using acid-leaching method. It gave the parameter of heat-melt craft. Besides,the experimenation validated the possibility of the craft. After analyzing the performance of the big section optical fiber image transmitting bundle, we could indicate the advantage of heat-melt craft was to eliminate the boundary of compound silks in order to come true the application in the flexible-fiber-view system of high rate-distinction and big section optical fiber image transmitting bundle.After researching and analyzing the dark fiber of optical fiber image transimitting bundle using acid-leaching method,according to the diffuse theory of material ,the text expatiated the influence of frontier diffused clad between core and clad for pervious to light.lt also put forward the corresponding improved measure. The text introduced the request of material capability of image transmitting bundle using acid-leaching method.It gave the optimized glass material prescription and the method of modelling the acid-leaching glass and cladding glass. At last,combining the development of flexible-fiber-view system which big section optical fiber image transmitting bundle acted as the image transimitting element. It expatiated the principle of forming and imaging in the flexible-view system. It also put forward some considerations in designing to come true the good optical capability and good image transimitting quality in the system.
