Research Of Error Concealment Technique In Wireless Video Communication

In wireless video communication, the video bit-stream is predicted in the encoder. Because of the channel error and network mistakes, the video bit-stream will lose data during the transmission. The error will diffuse on temporal and spatial domain and that will spread to the adjoint macro-block and frame. Thus, it will lead to the serious decline of the quality of videos, and it maybe makes the received video signal not available. This paper based on the analysis of the video compressing code standard (H.26L), and combined the character of wireless video communication, we utilize error tracing technology to follow and orientate the error. Then we adopt data embedding technology to conceal the errors produced during the course of video transmission. By this way, we reduce distortions and error diffusions in decoder. So we obtain the better video quality. In addition, we put on the wireless video communication model and realize above jobs by computer. We put up the foundation of the software realization on wireless video error control and error concealment for the further reseach.
