| While the fast development of modern technology and the needs for medicinal study, medicinal diagnoses and medicinal therapy, instrument and equipment of modern biology medicine has been improved a lot, especially the rapid development of computer technology, it introduces the instrument and equipment of modern biology medicine into the phase depending on computer.USB(Universal Serial Bus) is a kind of computer peripherally bus, it solves the jam in outside equipment of the PC and improves the transport rate for the purposes. USB only needs little simple installation and setting when it use outside equipment. It offers the function which when you insert the outside equipment to the PC, you can use it immediately and the function of hot inserting which you can connect the outside equipment to the USB at first hand and then it can be identified and used by the system at once when the power supply has not been cut off. If it is possible to invent a pint-sized, light and convenient medicinal examine equipment which can analyze and process medicinal data by applying interface technique of USB2.0, it will improve people's health level.This thesis is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, the paper discusses the characteristic of physical signal and the characteristic and developing trend of data collection. It provides the junior project for system design; in the second chapter, it describes the communication theory of general serial chief line including chief line characteristic, protocol definition, transport mode, power manage and so on; in the third chapter, it introduces the design of interface chip and interface hardware circuit for USB2.0; in the fourth chapter it introduces the structure of firmware, the main procedure code and the use of tool for exploitation carefully; in the fifth chapter, it analyzes the exploitation of drivers for USB; in the sixth chapter, it sums up the whole paper and puts forward the disadvantage, it also prospects the well future for USB. |
