Studying On Context-Aware Framework Based On TAP

As improvement and development of web techniques, Semantic Web represents the next generation Web. Semantic Web is an extension of current Web in which information is given well-defined meaning and makes computers and people work in cooperation. A number of technical issues will need to be solved before the vision can be realized. TAP is a project at the Knowledge Systems Lab of Stanford University, which is trying to address some of these problems. As a semantic web test-bed, TAP identifies and researches many different technical issues, which has an important part in developing semantic web. Moreover, current Information Retrieval and Semantic Search lacking of interaction between users, hasn't combined some context information, so fails to understand users' real intent. Consequently, context-aware model based on TAP is presented, which aims at improving querying efficiency by making use of context information.
