| This thesis studied the software and hardware interface protocols IEEE1451 standard between smart transducer interface module(STIM) and network capable application processor(NCAP) with emphasis, designed the STIM based on IEEE1451.2, including to research and realize transcuder independent interface(TII) and transcuder electronic data sheet (TEDS); It realized Component class including its subtrees that is a part of IEEE1451.1 stack that complete description of information and store of data; It has developed TEDS editor software based on C#; It has developed TEDS analysis software based on C++.This thesis emphatically elaborated the STIM system design plan from the software and hardware two aspects. In the hardware aspect, the modular design method divides into several big modules separately to design according to the function. Using AD7710AN ADC realized signal conditioning, transformation and linearization in STIM; Uses AT89S52 MCU to realize for the AD7710AN control and the NCAP correspondence; Uses FM25256 to take STIM and the NCAP buffer and the TEDS memory block. In the software aspect, take the STIM partial software development and the debugging as the key point, according to the STIM module function uses the keil C language and modulation the programming method, realizes data acquisition, data processing, serial communication functions and so on; Used the C# language to develop based on the PC graphic software TEDS editor, caused to fill in TEDS to be simple; Used the C++ language to develop TEDS analysis software, caused NCAP to be allowed to understand transmitted the TEDS significance by STIM; Used the C++ language to compile a Component class of NCAP protocol stack, used for to save transducers and TEDS related informations. The research on STIM based on IEEE 1451 standard provided the function confirmation for integration of STIM. It also established foundation to study for the IEEE1451 networked smart transducer, and offered the example for developing various kinds of standardized IEEE1451 STIM. |
